Sunday, November 16: Adult Sunday School – 9 a.m. in the Parish Hall. Studying the Prophets: Amos, Hosea and Micah. Returning to the Old Testament, the Sunday morning class will take a close look at three of its prophetic books. These are short books. So if you can, read them before class and come with questions. Thursday, November 27: Our Thanksgiving Service with Eucharist will be held at 10:00 a.m. Due to this service, there will be no Centering Prayer.

CHS Artist for November: The featured CHS artists for the month of November is Janet Winter. Janet has had a long “career” in art – from painting oil and watercolor landscapes to commercial work including designing greeting cards, to writing and illustrating children’s books. Janet’s newest works have become more whimsical, hoping to bring a happy moment to the viewer. Be happy – enjoy Janet’s show in the CHS Gallery! CHS Artist for December: In the November issue of Together it was announced that there would be a reprise of the display of my crèche collection during the month of December in the CHS gallery. It was very gratifying to share my nativity sets with everyone in 2013 and I am delighted to be asked to do it again.
