Saturday, February 21: SHARING THE BLESSING 10 am in the Parish Hall. Sharing the Blessing is a group that works to educate and gain understanding on issues that involve the LGBT population. Erica Kay Webster will speak about her life as a transgender 15 year old living on the streets of New York City. She has launched a drive to open Promise Place, a school on Cape Cod for homeless youth. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AND BRING A FRIEND!
Sunday, February 22: Book Discussion Group – after the 10 a.m. service in the Fireplace Room. We are discussing Rowan Williams’ book, Being Christian, Baptism, Bible, Eucharist, Prayer. Come join us as we delve into this slim pamphlet which presents a summation of his thinking about being a Christian by the recent Archbishop of Canterbury.

Sunday, March 1: Youth Brunch – Come one come all! After the 10 a.m. service. Our Youth Group will be hosting a fabulous brunch. Please come and enjoy a delicious meal and remember, subsequent Youth Group Brunches are usually held on the first Sunday of each month.
Fridays during Lent: Lenten Conversations – Race, Politics and Religion in the USA – We need volunteers to make soup or bread for our Friday Lenten program this year. A sign-up poster for making soup or bread is in the Reception room. This year we encourage preregistration for all since we anticipate participants from other churches. You can register with the receptionists during the week or with Fr. Ken at: firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a flyer on the Reception desk outlining the Lenten program.
