ALL SAINTS SERVICE – Remembrance Forms (Blue form):  The ushers will have these forms available this weekend (October 21 & 22). If you would like to have your loved one remembered at our All Saints Service on November 5, please fill out the form and place it in the offering plate.  Deadline, Tuesday – October 24.

Sunday, October 22:  Adult Education – 9 am in the Fireplace Room. Come join an ongoing study group which meets Sundays at 9 am in the Fireplace Room. All are welcome.

Sunday, October 22:  Book Discussion Group – After the 10 am service in the Fireplace Room. We will continue reading Richard Rohr’s “The Divine Dance”. Reading Part II up to page 130. Brian & Brooke Skea

Sunday, October 22:  SHEPHERD GROUPS –  Orleans will meet at Jay Haun’s home, 29 Harbor View Lane, Orleans 508-240-1883 at 5:30 p.m. Eastham/Wellfleet will meet at Martha & Tom Armstrong’s, 48 Indian Way, Eastham 774-722-9251; 5:00 p.m.

Monday, October 23:  The Enough Abuse Campaign  6:30 pm to 8 pm in the Parish Hall. Please join us for a presentation focusing on creating a community that protects children from the epidemic of child sexual abuse. Child care will be provided. To register, contact

Thursday, November 2:  Ladies Luncheon – 12 Noon in the Parish Hall.  Please come, bring a sandwich to share, and time to visit with new and old friends. The November committee is:  Barbara Mahoney, chips; Nancy Ludwig, paper goods; Ginny Clarendon, table decorations; Jane Affleck, lemon and 1/2 and 1/2.  Joan Proctor and Pat Carroll will team up for dessert.  Hope to see you all there.

 Saturday, November 4:  All Parish Holiday Bazaar from 9 am to 3 pm. HOLIDAY BAZAAR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES – We need your help to make our Holiday Bazaar a success. There are many ways you can volunteer.  Please complete one of the GREEN volunteer forms and place it in the offertory plate, bring to the parish office or contact one of the bazaar leaders to signup.  Please help us! Sunday, November 5:  CHURCH SCHOOL NEWS – The first Sunday of every month is YOUTH SUNDAY.  As well as the ever popular Youth Group Brunch, Church School youth will be Lectors and Church School families will be reading at the 10 am service. The Youth Group will serve and host a delicious brunch in the Parish Hall after the 10 am service. Please come!

Wednesday, November 8:  Wednesdays at SixThis is a new spiritual formation/adult education offering which will be held in the Parish Hall from 6 pm to 6:40pm. We begin on Wednesday, November 8 a four week series (with a Wednesday off on November 22—the evening before Thanksgiving):  “Grownups in Narnia.” From the Chronicles, we’ll be reading The Silver Chair. Please read Chapters One, through and including Chapter Four for our first secession. More information can be found in our November Together.

SAVE THE DATES for the 40th Annual Antiques Show and Sale to be held on Friday, November 25, from 10 am to 4 pm and on Saturday, November 26, from 10 am to 3 pm in the Parish Hall. There will be 25 dealers from the New England area offering you a wide range of choice antiques. You will receive a letter asking for your support of this longstanding fund raiser for our parish.  We hope that you will be a PATRON of this show that has been such a tradition here at the CSH. Monies raised at this annual event are used to support our parish programs. If you have any questions or wish to volunteer, please contact Debbie Meguerdichian at 508-255-8819. The 40th Annual Antiques Show and Sale Committee wants to thank all of you who have submitted your donations to the show. If wish to make a donation, you still have time. CHS GALLERY/CHS ARTISTS:  The featured CHS artist in the Reception/Gallery Room for the month of October is Gail Smith+. Her paintings come from her travels in the U.S., overseas and on the Cape. COFFEE HOUR HOSTS:  Please signup on the posted sheet in the Parish Hall. The beverages are provided, you just need to bring something of your choice to go with them! Thank you to those of you who have helped out with Coffee Hour, to keep this fellowship going.

FREE SHOP:  The shop is gladly and gratefully accepting fall clothing and paper shopping bags. We are open Monday: 12 Noon to 3 pm and Wednesday: 10 am to 1 pm.
