December in the CHS Gallery:  The past few years, December has been the scene of an amazing array of creche sets on loan from our parishioners.  It has been so popular that we would like to continue the tradition this year. If not a creche, perhaps you have another Advent or Christmas decoration that could be shared. The display will go up the week of November 26. Please contact Cynthia Murray, csamurrray@mac.com or 508-896-5634. Thank you!

Health Ministries: Your Health Ministries Committee is excited to announce the start of our educational program offerings in January 2018. Each month we will highlight a health issue we have identified based upon your responses to last year’s survey. As a preview, the first topic is thyroid cancer. Here are some facts you may not be aware of:  “Did you know you have a butterfly in your neck? The thyroid gland is a very important butterfly shaped gland located at the front of your neck beneath your voice box. A healthy thyroid is a little larger than a quarter and cannot be felt through the skin. Coming in January, how to do a neck examination and some information about thyroid nodules.” Stay tuned for more details!
