Announcements June 1 – 7

Sunday, June 9:  ADULT EDUCATION – in the Fireplace Room, 9 am. We begin with Genesis. It’s an engaging, demanding, puzzling, and sometimes disturbing text. But it’s also a very rich one, with so much to reflect on, that invites us into the heart of things in many, many ways. This is a lively, interactive Bible study, led by Adam+. No homework required! Just come, in spirit, mind, and heart.

Homeless Prevention Council:  Let’s go for a walk and support the Homeless Prevention Council!  Getting more involved in our community was one of the overwhelming responses the Vestry received during ReImagining. CHS has been a long time supporter of the Homeless Prevention Council, and we know that this is a real need in our community.

Saturday, June 8, at Provincetown Town Hall, starts a 3.2 mile walk along historic Commercial Street to raise funds for homeless prevention. Register online individually at www.HPCcapecod.org, or pick up a registration form on the desk in the Reception Room, or register the morning of the event at 9 am (walk begins at 10 am). We would love to see a good group from CHS at thewalk. Questions?
