PLEASE NOTE: PARISH HALL KITCHEN – IMPORTANT MESSAGE
During a recent inspection by the Orleans Board of Health, the inspector removed and tossed out fourteen food items from our refrigerator and freezer due to an expired date or no date. As a result we received a Critical Report which if found again could cause an order to close the kitchen. Therefore, if any food item is found by CHS staff or Serve Safe licensed parishioner to be beyond expiration, it will be removed. If you place food in the refrigerator of freezer, it is your responsibility to place a clear date on it if there is no manufacturer’s date. Thank you for your cooperation. The health and safety of all of us is very important! Richard O’Hara, Kitchen Manager
